the church

a church is more than a mere building. the building is simply a place of meeting for the church. the church is the people. God's people. Paul says it best in

1 Corinthians 1:2 ---

"To the church of God which is at Corinth, to those who have been sanctified in Christ Jesus, saints by calling, with all who in every place call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and ours."

as the church we are

1. sanctified by Jesus Christ
2. called saints, its our name!
3. we call on God by the name of Jesus Christ

He's your God and mine, if you believe in Jesus Christ.

let these images of "churches" represent the building itself. know that the church includes the people.
